Shipping & Delivery Time Information All orders will be shipped by EMS Express mail. Most items will be ready for shipment within 1-7 days of your order except for personalized gift items (See personalized items section for details). However, some items might take 7-14 days (or even longer, in which case we will notify you via e-mail.) It usually only takes 3-10 days for orders to be delivered (UNLESS they are held at customs office)after the shipment, not after the placement of orders.
